The Story
Nursing Nucleus™ was not born from comfort but from absence. When Eman began her journey, support and guidance were missing. Some were too conservative, others were held back by insecurity or fear, and ambition felt isolating when those around her couldn’t support her calling. She built herself in silence and learned the hard way how challenging it is to rise alone. From that experience, she made herself a promise: if she could rise, she would ensure others rise with her. Eman is not simply leading change she is defining the future of nursing. As the visionary Founder of Nursing Nucleus™ and a Business Nurse Leader, she positions nursing as a strategic economic asset, fully aligned with the bold ambition of Saudi Vision 2030. Her mission is to create value in Nursing Human Capital and build a supportive ecosystem across sectors that answers every nurse’s question of “WHAT’s NEXT?” and reveals the limitless opportunities within the profession. Her leadership transforms nursing from a path of service into a platform of strategy, national growth, and global influence. She believes the real return on investment in nursing lies in mentoring, empowering, and opening doors through investing in nurses’ voices, choices, and ability to thrive, ensuring the value created lasts for generations.
